Boiler System Installation at Kelun Life Science Factory

Project Overview

In the years 2020 and 2021, Jayaru Engineering proudly spearheaded a pivotal project at the Kelun Life Science Factory, Pallekelle. This multifaceted initiative involved the installation of two oil-fired steam boilers, one boasting a capacity of 4,000 kg/hr and the other at 3,000 kg/hr, meticulously executed under the expertise of Forbes Marshall. Complementing these installations were a feedwater tank and a towering chimney, essential components contributing to a streamlined and efficient system. Beyond the boilers, Jayaru Engineering took charge of implementing a comprehensive steam distribution system, complete with Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) stations. This transformative project not only exemplifies Jayaru Engineering's prowess in handling intricate industrial installations but also signifies a crucial step forward in enhancing the operational capabilities of Kelun Life Science Factory.
